As a trendy accessory, a pearl is no longer a
symbol of royalty, opulence and fame. You can wear a pearl necklace to get any
look you want. Your style can vary from the image of an elegant, official woman
to a casual, Friday afternoon look, with jeans.
Celebrities and other famous women have
always deeply influenced the image and
style in the fashion world, while they
also contributed to launching new trends. Political ladies, presidents' wives,
strong personalities, iron characters or discrete presences have always known
that the personal style is both a mark and a weapon. These stylish accessorized
ladies have convinced millions of other women worldwide to aspire to look like
them and follow the trends.
As a tribute to the old glamour era in
Hollywood, just take a look at the general appearances of elegant celebrities.
Although it doesn't draw too much attention, a pearl necklace is almost
everywhere. A pearl necklace is stylish enough to complete an outfit but does
not draw attention away from the celebrity themselves.
Masters of the yesterday trend, Jackie Onassis and Princess Lady Diana come back into everyone's memory not only for what they actually did, but also for projecting an elegance full of charm and for the fact that so many other women out there struggled to imitate them. And who can forget Audrey Hepburn in “Breakfast at Tiffany's”?
The political world is not any different. Names like Angela Merkel, Michelle Obama, Margaret Thatcher or Hillary Clinton are just a few examples you can usually see wearing expensive and stylish pearl necklaces. They haven't really launched a new style, but they stick to the trend and fashion through their elegance, especially since pearls have always been and always will be a highly recommended accessory.
